This draft guidance document sets out what the VRA Standard says about selling (including the grading) of these particular mechanical parts & explains in simple terms what this means. Recyclers & other relevant interested parties are welcome to feedback on the contents of this document by emailing info@vracertification.org.uk
In the short-term, the contents of this document will be used to update Unit 5 of the VRAC Parts Grading Training Course (on mechanical parts), which is mandatory for all certified recyclers. Later a specific new mandatory unit will be developed.
